How do the 6 therapy sessions work

In our first session, we’ll begin reshaping your daily routine so that each day includes a sense of success — helping your body settle into a stable, conscious rhythm. We’ll also activate your self-therapeutic proactivity and start working on a new way of relating to time.

The second session is dedicated to healthy communication, which supports feelings of maturity, autonomy, and conscious presence — not from the position of a victim, but from that of an adult. This skill helps you take your life back into your own hands. You become the director of your life again — not your illness.

In the third session, you’ll learn techniques for working with emotions. You’ll leave with tools that lead you toward a more stable and positive experience of yourself.

In the fourth session, we’ll reinforce your self-therapeutic proactivity — empowering you to engage actively with your illness and strengthen your positive response to treatment.
