We’ll examine the situations that girls, boys, and adults with ADHD encounter. Using real-life scenarios from your own experience, we’ll practice new patterns of behavior—ones that allow you to live in a way that fits your preferences and needs.

Combining with medication

You can pair therapy with pharmacological treatment in collaboration with a psychiatrist.

How do the 6 therapy sessions work

We’ll focus on practical routines so you stop seeing ADHD as a constant string of missteps and start working toward defining your own version of success.

We’ll teach you how to communicate in ways that help you achieve your goals and shape how others perceive you.

We’ll address not only outward behavior but also the internal self-talk that drives it, helping you gain more control over impulsive reactions.

This session will center on any specific issue you’d like to bring up, while also reinforcing the skills developed in previous sessions.

We’ll continue building on the progress you’ve made so far, focusing on how you experience yourself from the inside out.

6.

We’ll recap the skills you’ve gained and set new goals. By now, you’ll have all the tools you need to continue making changes. Together, we’ll decide whether to conclude therapy or transition to a more development-oriented approach.
