A key tool in my work is behavioral therapy, a psychotherapeutic method based on the premise that behavioral disorders are learned responses, which means they can be unlearned. The goal is to eliminate unwanted behaviors and replace them with new ones that the child must consciously and gradually learn.

Parents also play a challenging yet essential role—specifically, their parenting approach. They need to accept their child as they are and provide them with ample kindness, calm, patience, and optimism. While it may be difficult, parents’ efforts to counterbalance their child’s restlessness with calm and understanding can be incredibly effective. A structured daily routine, diverse and long-term hobbies, leisure activities, and designated time for studying, recreation, sports, and communication with family and friends are all highly beneficial.

The therapy I offer is designed to align with and support these principles, ensuring that both children and their families are equipped for success.
